Bilirubin total - 1.79 Bilrubin conjugated - 0.57 Bilrubin unconjucated- 1.22 What should i do? Anything to worry?

Can I go to the gym after 3 months of gall stone surgery(laproscopic surgery), If not when I can go to the gym. I don't have any problem now , no pain .

I am having diarrhoea from last 1 week I was eating metronidazole Probiotics Ors And one antibiotics But it is not relieved till now My doctor suggested me to do routine stool culture and in it  was also ok Then he prescribed me metronidazole DF and probiotics Iam eating from last 3 days in between these 1 day it was ok now again I'm having diarrhoea It is watery and sometimes mucus mix And today whole day my stomach is painning And basically diarrhoea happens in morning only.

I have lost my appetite from almost a week, and feel dizziness and vomiting sensation. Also right side flank pain which comes and goes. Please let me what is the problem and also which specialist has to be consulted for this.

On Saturday I started drinking (Ferrous Ascorbate and Folic Acid suspension),1 tablespoon 2times a day. After drinking it my excreta turned black/dark brown is it normal or should I stop drinking it? + it's just a tonic my doctor suggested me and no other problem I'm facing.

I had loose motions 3 days back and after a while I had fever then I had zenflox oz and paracetamol 2 doses . Loose motions only happened three times that day but still I am having loose stools 2 times not too watery but it is brown and foul smelling.I am on a light diet also having oats khichdi etc. but the problem has still not resided kindly prescribe some medicines
