Acid reflux
Had hearburning and little pain in chest for 2 year and took endoscopy on june_2022 Report says grade A esophagitis, hital hernia and pan gastritis. Now its controlling after taking medicine but still having something uncomfortable in chest and small burp and it casuing water regurgitation also. I could not live normal life because of this issue. shall I go for lab nissan fundoplication surgery? If I done this surgery, will it stop the acid reflux and regurgitation permanently? Will this surgery help till life end? Or is there any specific validity Period available for this surgery ?

Please consult your Gastroenterologist who performed the endoscopy.  My personal opinion is that you need lifestyle modifications and take PPI onasrequiredbasis .  Surgery may not guarantee a full and final  cure.
