Is it common to feel bloated after every meal you have? If i do experience this uncomfortable situation what are some things i can do to calm it down?

There is a lot of gas problem almost every time .when i go to washroom ,before stool passing gas is produced. i am under weight .

I had done surgey - "High end fistulectomy haemorrhoidectomy with sphincterotomy" before 14 days due to piles and fissures. There were some light bleeding and pus during first 7 days. After that, these days I can see some yellowish fluid smelly discharge coming out from bottom. I am noticing that motion is not properly going (only little pieces). During motion, I am feeling somthing stuck at the anus and severe skin craking feeling. Some time the anus is not closing properly, due to that I am feeling discomfort. Some time i can't urinate properly due to this pain. I am using ointment - "protoctosedyl" and antibiotics. I would like to know below queries     1. How long does it take to stop this yellow pus discharge ? 2. Why the skin craking feeling during motion? 3. How long does to take to heal completely and back to normal ? 4. Is sitz bath with betadin help or should I use ice to avoid swelling? 5. How to make motion loose and easy to pass ? Is this due to medication ?

Hi doctor I am on ibs treatment taking antacids, ibset, vsl3 and colonspa ( SOS) BASIS. My mooring stool is always fine buy as soon as I.complete morning stool, I start feeling urge of loo again and If I go 2nd time or more then , soft kind of stool comes. I go mostly 4 times in just 3 hours. And then it feels better. I am really frustrated sir... What should I do ??? It is affecting mine life. I did cbc, crp, esr, ultrasound abdominal and stool. All were normal except crp 15. Play I beg u all doctor...help me... please I knee down and beg u all doctor... help me... I always feel motion near anus area as stool is coming out.

I have having Chronic diarrhea once in week since 4 months consulted 2 gastroenterologist and have been told to use normaxin daily twice and immodium SOS how many times can I use immodium in week is it safe I am not able to even drop my daughter to school due to ibs it's affecting my normal life is there no cure for this

I had piles surgery 15 days ago. Now wound is in healing stage. But I am getting constipation and hard stool during bowel movement. I am taking pain medication and antibiotics. Also at night I am having fibre powder and Cremaffin laxative. But still I am having constipation and due to this I am feeling paining and streching effect during the motion. I am taking normal diet with fruit, curd and 2 litre of water daily. Could you suggest what is the cause and how to become normal bowel movement during this period?
