I got randomly inflammation and irritation in chest after having food.. I took cool drinks like pespsi then I got relief from that irritation in chest.is this causes because of gas or acid reflux?. Please explain it!!

Hi doctor, I am ibs patient and om medicine. My initial test of cbc, esr and stool tests are normal except crp which is 14.
