I'm having abdominal pain and lower back pain and also heart palpitations. And also having muscle pain here and there. I get bloated also. Get tired very fast. My ecg 2d echo cbc thyroid and vit d3 are normal. What could be the cause ??

Suffering from acidity since 2 years, Consulted Gastrologist and he Prescribed Pantocid IT, Morease Sr &  Meva-C . Gone through CBC test, Thyroid test with TSH4 as 5.5 , Colonoscopy normal to ruled out IBS. Medication completed but not able to get enough sleep due to stress & anxiety, loss in memory & concentration due to stress. Little Burning sensation in stomach  occurs whn consume Faty and fried foods. I want to cure with avurvedic non habitual medicines and not allopathic. My weight is 69 now, 2 years  ago it was 90

My initial stool (just small portion) is very hard while rest of the stool is fine every day. I am taking Pulvolax (fibre), drinking 3.5-4 litres of water, eating fruits, doing exercise everyday, no fast food. I have no other digestion problem. Why is that small portion of initial stool very hard everyday? What's the permanent solution?
