Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi All, I am having a extreme gas problem, its like difficulty is burping I need to put some pressure to burp it out. Some time not able to inhale long breath properly due to this. Most of the time it happens and more at night. I go a exercise regularly and drink about 4-5 ltr of water daily . Please help me out in this condition.

Gas everytime , feeling nausea after eating , Breathing problem , Upper chest pain , leg weakness , Sleeplessness , joint pain , heart rate 82 - 90 all the time , Dizziness and vertigo .. fear everytime ,

My 6 weeks course of tablet esofag d for antral gastritis is going to end tomorrow . Now my symptoms are mild, but not completely gone.. Do i need to continue this tablet if yes then how long ? Please answer

My typhoid diagnosis got delayed for 15-20 days  and i have started the antibiotic now. I had low grade fever, stomach ache, indigestion alongwith constipation and diarrhea. Its been 3-4 days of taking azithromycin 1gm a day. I want to know how long should i take it? My symptoms still coming and going between like  feverish, stomach cramp and mucus in stool. Please suggest?

Symptoms;I have sore lips and tongue, constipation, Stomach pain.. Bloating, help me with diagnosis from home or medicine required Note: I have taken saridon for heache followed by I have above symptoms

Dear doctor, I am feeling heaviness in stomach after eating anything, even after very less food. I have to visit loo multiple times in a day 3-4 time, motion is normal. After eating any food, stomach gets heavy and I need to visit loo. Sometimes after lunch at 12:30 pm, and having dinner at 8 pm, no meal in between, stomach gets heavy. Please suggest. Thank you.

Hi everyone from one month m suffering with constipation problem.i went to doc they give me some laxitine and also pain killer.and some powder packet to drink with water , after fewdays it's come back so again I went to doc they give same medicine back. And also they took my blood test and done sonography but there  is no infection in my stomach.I feel poop stuck  i am not able to sit and move also ihave lot of pain and i live in Nederlands here doctor not refer me a specialist Is anyone guide me what is the exact problem .

My upper right abdomen is little bit bigger..and can be only notice when i sit i have beer belly...and i dont have any other symtom...could it be enlarged liver??

Hello my Liver test have come back and i have Alkaline Phosphatase as 124 and it should be in the range of 32-91 u/l. Can anyone indicate what is the exact issue for the same? Note: all other parameters in the liver test are fine.

Dear Doctor, As I have stomach pain in the upper abdomen a lot of time and it comes and goes I have some reports for that(Endoscopy and other tests). What should be done in this case. I feel weak and fatigue and unable to concentrate on my work. I feel numb and feel I will fall down while sitting(Happens sometimes). Please find my reports attached and give a solution.
