Sir,Mam I have done my Gallbladder laposcopy surgery 6months ago...my query is that now I feel some pain in surgery places ...is that normal??

Hi myself 22 years old. I am facing a problem . The problem is in first morning my urine is dark yellow and after 2 times like after 11 am it quite white and night when I will go to sleep then urine is also dark yellow . Is it serious issue like kidney problems?

I am feeling sometimes dull sometimes acute pain in my stomach mostly on right side and left side also. I also have fever 102 °F. In 2020 I experienced similar condition and doctor said it could be appendicitis. I underwent ultrasound and blood test but results were normal and doctor just gave Medicine for 3days and I was better. Now again I'm feeling something similar. My eating habits are also not right and I'm overweight.

Lives in Mumbai, came to village with negligible medical facilities in UP (hot temperature and drinking tap water, change diet too) started loose motions with pain in stomach and burning sensations. Water and electricity both are limited. Please suggest some antibiotics etc.
