Left chest pain and upper abdomen pain
Hello I feel weakness and have a little left chest pain and upper abdomen pain also I have upper back neck pain. I don't feel myself lately due to all these issues and unable to concentrate.

You have symptoms of erosive esophagitis with erosions above the junction of esophagus and stomach. The acid that has damaged your mucosa is causing the pain. What I see here is that the problem is of your esophagus due to failure of cardiac sphincter to constrict entirely. It can be managed. Also, a few advices are to be followed and a few medicines that are needed to be added. Do not get anxious. It'll do more harm than good. Consult at your convenience.
