Suffering from yellow or green colour Vomit & Stomach n back pain this happens every 2-3-6 months when admitted to hospital after all test doctors says everything is normal.!! She was admitted to hospital two months before now again she is facing same problem from 24 hours she is vomiting n having pain.. Is there any one who can help with this I am helpless now..!! Hospital discharge report is attached.

I suggest you should get Blood LFT done and consult with a Gastroenterologist in your area. Such frequent attacks of bilious vomiting need detailed investigation.
You may discuss with the Gastroenterologist the need for Upper GI endoscopy.
Problem recurring every few months and investigations not pointing to any cause means the reason is related mostly to eating. Try to co relate her food after which she faces this situation. There may be some irritant foodwhich she is intolerant to. It maybe infection if it happens after eating hotel food. More details are needed to have fruitful discussion.
