My stomach is always pulsating like a heart but there's no pain and I have problem in digestion and constipation please help

I am 23 weeks preg and have haemorrhoids before preg but they have prolapsed now . From few days i can see undigested food in stool , smelly farts , and emptying bowl in 3 times with loose stool and lil stomach ach. Did a stool test which is normal except polymorphonuclear leukocytes range 0-1 hpf ! I dont k ow what to do i am having itching inside anus every time i pass motion and its difficult ! Not eating spicy or outside food taking fiber also ! What else to be done now!

I have cough and jaundice.... searched in Internet still confused.... Best food to eat and avoid....? can I eat chappati, ginger, garlic, coconut water,etc.... Is totally boil eating must....? and fruits & sugarcane juice good for jaundice but won't it worse the cough.....?

7th April i went to my doctor i was having severe dirrhea and before 7th April i had mild dirrhea with light yellow coloured stool he gave me 4 medicines Bestozyme , ofloxacin ornidazole, Vizylac and electrol powder ...i want to know can i eat ice cream??

For the Past 1.5 years, I'm getting loose stools (the frequency is once a day but the stool type is loose), gas formation after 2-3 hours of eating and burning sensation at Anus after passing the motion for 7-8 hours. The gastroenterologist first diagnosed for H.Pylori Infection after Endoscopy and suggested some medicines for 2 months, but after the stoppage of medicine, I am again facing the same issue. Is this issue related to the infection in Intestine? Please suggest whether I should go for stool test.

I had suffered from gastrointestinal infection few weeks back and as a result had gone through extreme diarrhoea, after treatment in hospital now the condition is improving but I am feeling very weak. other than normal food which I am taking what other health supplements i can take to overcome the severe weakness. I pass Gas a lot from below, I consulted a doctor from practo but it didn't get any result. It mostly happens at morning and night time.
