Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having light yellow stool along with abdominal pain. Having frequent stool around 3 to 4 times. Previously I had light black stool that after medication stops but pain still continues its around 20 days. Previous medicines : • Pantoprazole Gastro-resistant & Domperidome Prolonged-release capsule I.P. • Lactic Acid Bacillus • Ofloxacin & Ornidazole • Drotaverine ( 40 mg tab ) Currently taking medicines : Razo d & mebeverine hydrochloride 135 mg chlordiazepoxide 5 mg ( for 5 days now finished) Kindly tell it's normal or not & tell regarding stomach pain. Cbc, Lft & usg abdomen report normal

I'm having gas issue in my stomach since last 6 months, i took some medicine but there is no improvement. And my stomach also doesn't get cleared in morning ( i've to go 2-3 times to toilet) Please suggest me some good medicine, To resolve my problem.
