Hello I recently diagnosed with Ibs and i have this issue from last 6 to 7 months but yesterday when I got huge pain cramps in my stomach then I came to know regarding this issue. I am very confused that what to eat in this and what to not. I have dirriaha based ibs . Please help me a dite normal dite fruits atleast that which fruit I can eat for dirriaha based ibs

I was advised to take Happi D capsule for acidity and gastritis issues but the medical store guy , gave me Rabesec D SR capsule instead since he didn't have Happi D. Can I take Rabesec D SR instead of Happi D? The composition is same in both the capsules. Kindly help.

I've been asked to do abdominal ultrasound for acidity and gastritis issues. But do I have to go empty stomach because I can't be empty stomach, I feel very gassy and weak because of gastritis. Can it be done with little food? Or at least 3 hours after food?

Gall bladder is well distended no calcius is seen echogenic sludge + please help it is normal or anything?
