Hi,
I have a peculiar problem,
when I go for running/ excercise/playing under sunlight i will get headache from around 11am... And it will increase by evening with more uneasiness... Around 3-5pm whatever i ate from morning will vomit and then my headache start reduces slowly by night...
This above condition happenes to me for once in 3 months or once in 6 months from last 10 years...
Is this gastric problem? Or due to stress? I frequently get burpings after eating any food...
I'm a software engineer, i have stress at my work
I'm 35 years old male and recently I was detected with ulcerative collitis and I'm taking medication..
Please advice for my headache
