It is a reflex action called Gastro Colic Reflex in which entry of food in stomach stimulates the colon to move forwards and give a call for evacuation or motion. Ordinarily it occurs daily to every body in the morning mostly after taking a cup of tea or something. If you have not had food from some eating house not of safe standards, there is a possibility of amoebic infection which also creates similar symptoms. If that is the case you will need a course of anti amoebic medicines for which you should consult on Practo.
