Last 15 days My stomach is not clean in one time in morning after that lots of gas passing then 2 - 3 hours later go to washroom then every this okay in afternoon 3 - 4 pm stomach pain sometimes. I tak omez d in morning half hour before food

Can stress or anxiety cause stomach upset or loose motions ? What can be done to stop that? Any medication

I only eat home Cooked food, fruits daily, and drink a lot of water. I wake up the whole night and sleep after eating breakfast. My husband has gastric issues and ia taking medicines for that, but other than that also he goes for motion 3 times a day but normal stools not losemotion, no stomach pain nothing, is there any harm?? How many times going for motion is considered to be normal?
