I was having stomach issue from last 10 days i was not able to eat properly due to less apitite and from 2 days I was having fever and from 1 day i was also having pain while urinating

UTI is.not common in males. If it is happening it might be something serious. Pls consult.

It can be due to UTI.
You can take tab uribid 100 mg twice a day after food
Tab pan 40 twice a day before food
For 5 days

Kindly undergo a ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to rule out any possibility of renal stone...drink more fluids and if you still feel burning sensation while urinating take tab nitrofurantoin bd for 5 days and cital syrup tds
