I'm suffering from IBS leading to irregular bowel movements affecting my lifestyle and work. Please suggest any medication to relieve this condition Is there any permanent solution in yoga or allopathy IBS also involving Gerd in the stomach

Sir/ma'am I am facing very embarrassing issue, when I go to washroom and pass my stool, I always see whitish mucus like bubblish fluid in my stool. No blood no other thing but whitish fluid in stool that too sometimes appears and go away on its own. I went for my full medical blood test yesterday. My all report are normal expect uric acid level. I have this dull pain in the side of stomach which is like how we feel when we run after drinking water. I consulted a doc did the usg of my lower abdomen and pelvis and its normal. No other symptoms like fever. Pain was intense but after I drank water it was even more and post urination it relieved There is no pain in urination, no signs of urinary infection

It's been noticed today. She has constipation and dark poop. She also did TKR a week ago. No signs of pain or discomfort. She's also on iron tablets.
