Stomach pain
I am having very bad stomach pain since last few days and burning sensation in my upper stomach part. Also i am having light fever and body pain.

Hi., I can understand your concern.
It can be due to acidity and Gastritis.
You need to plan for proper diet.
Should avoid oily spicy processed and outside food.
Take only home cooked meals with less spice and oil for atleast a week.

tab pan 40 twice a day before food
tab gelusil 3 times a day after food
syp sucrafil o twice a day before food
- for 5 days.
