Stomach pain and back pain
Some time Stomach pain, Stomach pain has been going on for the last few years.  Not always but happens 1 or 2 times in a months.back pain is happening more than last few months

Hi,based on your reports your back pain might be due to loss of lumbar lardosis which again might be due to few other causes ! With respect to your stomach pain,again based on the usg report you have provided your stomach pain might be due to hepatomegaly or it might be due to some other causes also(like gastritis etc)
Next Steps
For your back pain,its better to consult a orthopedician For back pain is severe for now you can take Tab zerodol sp once a day after food in afternoon for 3days.

Avoid lifting heavy weights and avoid eating junk foods

Back pain and irregular bowel symptoms are most probably due to lumbar lordosis only. It may be due to ankylosing spondylitis which occurs in early adulthood. Kindly consult for apt management.
