Alkaline phosphatase alone is not considered for treatment.
Your serum bilirubin, liver enzymes and GGT , all have to be considered.
I don't recommend any action if only Alkaline phosphatase is increased.

Alkaline phosphatase alone is increased and the
GGT is normal .that indicates liver is not the cause for elevation of ALP.in such instances repeat the LFT.Alk phos is elevated but GGT is still normal, you should evaluate for bone disease.
