According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like cholelithiasis , renal stone with ovary cyst .

Tab Udliv 300 mg 2 time per day for 1 month after food for cholelithiasis .
Syp Alkasol 5 ml 3 time per day after food for 1 month for renal stone .
Please follow good life style as
take plenty of fluid and
take less spicy and fatty food
and do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation.
