Stomach Problems & Remedies

Under medication right now. Pylokit, Pantoacid-40 and digestive enzymes since last 3 days etc by Dr. VK Mishra, Gastro Liver Hospital, Swaroop Nagar Kanpur. Following strict diet. Walking, sleeping 1.5-2hr after eating, no citrus food, caffeine and no. Spicy food etc. But i still feel the pain a lot. Specially in my throat and my mouth burns all the time, difficulty swallowing water as well. Excessive saliva production. Any suggestions would be appreciated. What else can I do to help the symptoms? Very painful.

Done manemotrey where acid is found bit high.surviving with single kidney since 12years.no history of sugar BP thyroid. Hemoglobin is 8.4.taking razo dsr once empty stomach kindpride 1mg before food twice a day.feeling better still sometimes if I skip my meal I feel chest pain relief by burping. Sometimes has to take pan40 iv to get relief. Pls prescribe medicine which should not affect my health

My poop doesn't flush in one go,some of it keeps floating in the commode and I have to flush 2-3 times.
