Hi I am sugar patient and having grade 1 fatty liver with polycystic in overies Please suggest what to do..?

I have a sudden current shock pain in leg and left eye is twitching and my homocysteine level is high

Epigastric pain around 1 year burning sensation in chest area and even when sleep flat chest area pain and heat up any tips on this

I am on my day 9 of HP kit. (I was diagnosed 10days back and was having symptoms since 1month) I don't  eat sugar or any soft drink but i eat rice and wheat breads. I also eat curd/yogurt every day. And some coconut  water and fruits in the morning. I still don't feel any improvement, I have mild stomach ache and constant burping after food. Is this normal? Or does this look like the treatment is not working.

Mild pain at upper abdomen from three days. Befor this I had left side colitis. Got medicine from dr and it is cured but have middle upper abdomen pain.

I am feeling nausea since 2/3 days but I am not vomitting, I eat as usual. What is the causes of nausea.
