Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi from the last 8 -9 months i am on a weight loss spree. I have lost almost 15kgs, but have made changes in my diet for eg- i am now having 4 roti's with chicken without salad(occasionally). Followed by 1 scoop protien powder along with 4 egg whites. Also i take vitamin E, calcium, and an antioxidant cap for my daily diet. For the last few months my stool has become very dark in colour (black patches to be precise). I dont have any pain in my stomach or feel indigestion, just curious to know is this normal or should i see a doctor. Please help me out

Hi doc, since three days my stomach has been feeling very full ,lower abdomen is hurting,lost appetite. I had couple of beer and vodka on the weekend too. Now I am feeling bloated. Not having any pressure to poop either. Had pudin hara for pain. But still feeling heavy. Please help

Since the past 3 days I have been experiencing back, hip and stomach pain. This happened after I ate a lot of pickle. Day 1 I had diarrhoea and I took metrogyl. I don't have diarrhoea anymore but the pain in these three areas persists.

Whenever I have a bowel Movement, the first part is hard and dry and the rest is fine. This first part creates fissure which gets ok , but then comes back after a hard stool. For last month , I am on looz syrup - which is helpful. Now I notice these tiny particles in the stool , (pic attached) even after the stool has flushed off, like can be seen here . I wonder what these are. These tiny particles are present most of the time when i flush out.

It's 4th day my stomach is heavy and a bit crampy. I never drank Tea, but I'm drinking half cup in the morning just to poop. I usually fart 10-12 times a day and my tummy remains light but now No gas discharge, a little bit bloating, anxiety is also present, very slight sense of nausea sometimes, Appetite is good and stool is fine. Hello doctor. My age is 65 years male diabetic from 6 years. Diabetic level is 228 after breakfast. B.p is sometimes high. From 15 days iam feeling chest discomfort, uneasiness & anxiety all these symptoms are increasing when I sleep.  for that took endoscopy it is written as erosions in antrum, esophageal , everything is normal, final report is antral gastritis. ECG , 2 d echo is normal. No addiction s.  No painkillers.Don't take outside food. What is the reason of this. Before 2 years also diagnosed antral gastritis. Why it is happening again & again? Please answer.

Recently I have diagnosed with inflamed appendix of 2.7 x 0.7 cm size. Should I go for a surgery or choose antibiotics to cure?
