Excessive yawning is a feature of being perpetually tired. Yawning is a reflex action which helps a person take a deep breath through the mouth. This happens when your regular breathing is not sufficient to provide the required amount of oxygen. Acidity and feeling stickiness in the throat have a similar cause. Burping is a sign of overeating. You are 30 years old and you have been eating healthy food for the last one month. I think one month is too short a period to wash off sins of so many years. For excessive yawning I suggest you should do some workout in the morning. Give about 45 minutes to one hour for your health. During a workout your body will need more oxygen but you will not yawn but make your breathing more regular and organized. But don't expect instant relief. These things should become a part of your life for all the years.
