Im having loose motions and cramps since 3 days.im taking metrogyl but dont find releif.having watery motions 5 6 times a day.not able to eat or drink.i took ors only. Should i take norflox tz? Pls advice

Good evening, from today's morning I have stomach pain,after taking medicine it's gone but , when I press my right part of the stomach there is pain , and I have headache from after noon , feeling like something has bind it tightly feeling like fever but no fever , can't sleep, doc give gaspaz ds and dysmen.. till headech is not going.. kindly help.

Hello doctors , My vitamin d3 level is 9.6 ng/ ml and vitaminb 12 is 86 pg / ml . My doctor prescribed me weekly tablet of trip d calciferol 60000 iu  vitamin d tablet and weekly tablet of  methico 500 mg tablet . I never had any symptoms other than hair fall before taking theses medicine but after taking medicine i feel really weak , dizziness , join pain and pain in my left hand and little chest discomfort. Please help me why am I getting all this symptoms after taking medicines.
