Help me please
I want to ask about my father he has passed away on 12th July at age 63 . He had gastro in July, admitted to hospital in good condition .Then two days later fallen down to bathroom,He had stitches on forehead . From the day he wasn't ready to get up he became partial dependant. His bilirubin levels were high 5 6 range then he has ascites and liver chiroisis but current condition was not good to transplant liver. He was on medications and counselling done for liver transplant but no one told us that it was urgent and immediately required. He was fine when he had gastro what happened to him exactly why he developed ascites ? Now second thing is At last Wednesday he detected with pneumonia and breathing issues his bp got low And multiple organ failure happened he was in sepsis shock What could be the exact reason of his death? What we missed to do for him?Which can be survival for him?

A more detailed history is required along with reports and medicine prescribed. Was he diabetic or hypertensive?
