Sometimes when gas form in stomach & if i don't take medicine on time why my heart pains , n it pain so much

On nd off chronic diarrhoea from last one year. Stool is oily and loose. And literally oil coming in poop. Please help i am worried.

I have pain in stomach on the left side two fingers below the rib cage, happens at the beginning of the day and after consuming meals. Supplemented by gastric formation, bloating and feeling too full even after eating less. No acidity, no loss of appetite, no changes in bowel movement.

I got randomly inflammation and irritation in chest after having food.. I took cool drinks like pespsi then I got relief from that irritation in chest.is this causes because of gas or acid reflux?. Please explain it!!

Hi doctor, I am ibs patient and om medicine. My initial test of cbc, esr and stool tests are normal except crp which is 14. I feel bloating after just after morning stool and then all of sudden after 30 min, I rush to toilet and curd like stool comes. I am really stressed due to this behaviour. Please suggest. I am taking antacids, vsl3 and ibset tablet
