Stomach Problems & Remedies

My 6 week esofag d tablet course for antral gastritis prescribed by doctor  is going to end but no improvement in my symptoms. Please answer what I have to do feeling uneasiness, not able to sleep .

I am 29Y Male. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis in Dec'21. I have been taking mesalamine since then and have been in remission. From Mar'22, i have developed lichen planus over my hands, legs and mouth. Could this be a side effect of mesalamine? Attaching photos of my hands and legs.

I am having pain in my stomach area from several days. Few days ago, I vomitted for 4 hours straight and when I consulted a doctor, he prescribed me some medications and suspected food poisoning. My vomiting got relieved but my stomach pain still persists. Doctor asked me to do LFT and CBC. They came out to be normal. Now I am only taking omez medicine in the morning in empty stomach. My stomach pain is still here. Besides, I sometimes also feel nauseous. Please tell me what to do now? Thanks.

Sir i have done 2 ct scan one chest & 1 abdomen in the gap of 5 months what are the chances of developing of any  problem in future...or side-effects

Hi Doctor, Have abdomen pain since morning. It's acute and it's coming and going in rounds on loop. Feels very heavy on abdomen area. I have taken pudin hara twice since morning thinking it's an acidity, but it's not working. I even bled a little last night though I don't have my periods date any sooner. But the pain feels like acidity only. Please suggest Thanks

I noticed blood in my stool. I don't have any pain or discomfort nor I am having my period. But blood was bright red & in sufficient quantity to make my concerned. Could it be something serious? Should I consult doctor? If yes than which Specalist?

So there is this aunty who has always had tight swollen stomach and there has been no trouble or problem. Its hard and its like full of air. Very tight. Its been that way since 10-15 years. And when she stretches or puts pressure on her abdomen , the stomach gets hard and almost appears like something like rope or cloth is inside as it forms the shape on her stomach region. No problem or pain or anything. Is it risky or is it just because she eats a lot? Thank you

My age is 27. I took some medicine for little fatty liver(not much) and vitamin tablets I have constipation issue.(But No blood in stool) Problem: As per doctor prescription yesterday night I took Lactifiber.  in afternoon I eat red papaya and red dragon fruit. Today morning I noticed some red clots(those are mostly solids) in the poop however motion was smooth. Is it blood? Is there something wrong with colon or something else? Please help
