Stomach Problems & Remedies

This is regarding my grandfather, aged 82, recently detected with Tb. It's been 1+ months now since he is on medication for Tb. But concern is he is not able to eat properly solid food. Only able to have juices. After every try to eat solid foods, he is nauseous and vomits. Any suggestions or practices that can be applied so he can have meals properly?

Can check the ultrasound report and advise me the result on that.

Unable to eat anything because feeling bloated. Sometimes also feels like vomiting. Using Aristozyme 5ml once after dinner. No any other medical issue. In morning frequent farts and burps happens. What to do??

After eating feeling nausea and sort of breath , and every morning during brushing feeling nausea . But after  taking some enzyme & antacid everything will be gone .. Using Pantopazle 40 mg , but not geeting any result

Hi Doctor, I have a mild middle abdominal pain for last 3 years which i feel while sleeping in the night after eating dinner. Other times it is not bothering me much. I am planning to go for an H pyroli test ( Antibody IgG blood test) and Urea breath test. Are those tests are sufficient to get to know whether i have h pyroli or not? Or else do i need endoscopy as well? Please Advise?

Hi Dr, If Antibody IgG test for H pyroli is negative, Does that mean i never have h pyroli infection, right? Pls advise

Last month I have done ultrasound.My ultrasound shows that I have fatty liver type 1. After that day after yesterday I have done LFt test.In that test all are in the normal range. But my stomach pains sometimes. Should I require further investigation.

Hi Doctor From long time I am suffering from gastric problem like pain, heartburn, acid reflux, vomiting Last year I did ultrasound and endoscopy and found that I have H.pylori infection I took 1.5 month medication and for some time it was cured But now again I am getting pain, acidity, feeling nauseas all the time and vomiting. I have a sharp pain in stomach. Please suggest something
