Can a person have normal liver function test in any type of liver disease such as untreated  cancer or any liver disease

Hi doctor , My mother in law around the age of 60's  is suffering from diarrhea since past 4 days .Her sodium levels and potassium levels went down and keratin levels went up due to which she had to be admitted .now that her reports have come normal .But here diarrhea isn't stopping . She is only on thin sago(sabudana), watery chanch (buttermilk ) and Iv glucose with metrondizole . **also she is sugar and bp patient Could plzz suggest the diet that could be given to her.

My son complains about stomach pain every morning. It remains for sometime and then he is fine rest of the day. Pain is mild. What is the reason behind this?

In my lft test report .sgot 58.90 sgpt 86.60, alp 121,ggt 111 and sgot/sgpt ratio 0.68 ...all other value are normal..I am an alcoholic ...trying hard to quit alcohol...is my liver ok?? Which medicine to eat??

On Friday I skip afternoon meal then I ate in night. Yesterday I was standing so much time and went through steps to many times and yesterday afternoon I ate biryani. My father ( 76 age ) is suffering from severe stomach pain ( upper abdomen pain ) since 15 days. He gets lots of burps. He has a gas problem. Attaching the USG whole abdomen report , which I guess is normal as per his age. Local doctor gave him medicine , but he didn't get any relief. His motion gets cleared in twice / thrice. Sometimes he doesn't get motion. Hence doctor gave him liquid to clear his motion. What could be the reason behind his severe stomach pain?

I have major acidity and avid reflux problem. I have to take antiacid for that. But i have bad constipation also. Whenever i am taking antiqcid it increases my constipation. Whatever i eat it gives heart burn and stuck feeling in throat. Result constipation.

Last month I have done ultrasound and fatty liver type 1 has been detected. One week ago I did lft and the values came normal. From two days I am feeling body pain and backside of leg pain when I walk.
