Hello most of the time my nose is blocked so I breath from my mouth by taking deep breath from mouth and also I have excessive yawning problem . So is this 2 issue reason for my acidity and gas problem ?

I have been told to get endoscopy done. Could you let me know if it's to be done empty stomach or not and can I go alone to get it done or does someone need to accompany me

When consulted an ayurvedic doctor for indigestion & chronic constipation, he has given me tablet bactrim ds (0-1). for 30 days, tablet were packed in some zip lock plastic, after removing from the company's packings. Is it safe to take this table for 30 days.

I am 40. Whenever I plan for outing any place or go outside for any purpose , I have to go to latrine frequently almost 5 or 6 times. I discharge stool in little amount. It happens in tension.  But when there is no tension situation , l remain normal. What is the reason? Tell me the solution.

Having heartburn, nusea and bloating of stomach since a week. Mild pain also in right side of absomen. Physician has given Helirab-D for a week and suggested USG of abdomen and LFT. USG mentions - GRADE 2 FATTY INFILTRATION WITH INCREASED ECOGENECITY. In LFT only SGPT is raised above normal ( 49 ) Rest all values within limit. Weight - 90 kgs Height -173 kgs Hypertensive since 15 years. Currently taking Metoprolol +Cilnidipine Is the observation in ultrasound of concern?

One n half week ago I faced constipation issue , hard toilet,dryness in anus area. Taken medicine from family doctor. It helps for a while. But after that I am getting stomach cramps,loose motion, burning sensation at anus area after toilet. Please consult me . Thank you.

I am struggling with left side chest discomfort and burping at night times and also observed blood in stool And am struggling with this problem from almost 2 years and also tried with doctors medications but no result I observed some lumps at my anus no pain but observed blood while passing the stool
