I go to toilet for 2 to 3 times a day. after motion i feel weakness. can I take multivitamin tablets for weakness. elctrol powder does not work. even If I drink water I feel pressure and I go to toilet. every morning is same very frustrating. taking LIBOTRYP DS currently

I have been having loose stools after being on a 3 day course of Azithromycin. This is the 4th day and I'm still getting loose stools. I am currently taking Vizylac as prescribed, but why am I facing this ? And how should I resolve ? Please help

One loose stool everyday but other time its normal i face normal stool consistency and loose stool simultaniously but no other problem just loose stool but some times it becomes normal shape stool without any medicine and sometimes i felt loose stool in a day so i want to know what is the cause and how can i fix this

I am facing acidity problem since long so i went for sonography. It shows moderate fatty liver. Sonography was also done in August'21 and at that time, mild fatty liver was diagnosed. Attaching both the reports. Kindly check and suggest if any further test is required. Can it be treated with medicines? I am a non drinker but still facing this problem don't know the exact reason.
