Liver damage problem
My Sgpt is 80 and sgot is 50. Alkaline phosphate is 150. Is it dangerous? What should I do now to make my liver healthy. I have no other problem just I have to go 3-4 times washroom daily.

Your liver enzymes are slightly higher than normal.
When ALT AST and APT are increased ,liver is the source , However your enzymes are not more than 1 half times the normal ,you should not worry about it.Perhaps fatty liver could be the cause , for which you can get an ultrasound abdomen done
You can repeat the liver function tests and lipid profile after 3 months
