I am having constipation and gastric issue since 2 weeks i am having fissure since 2 years along with this i am feeling heavey pain under rib and middle back pain even after passing gas also it's not decreasing any tab.. I feel to have bowl movement but gas only coming along with light stool. Age is 28 i feel something struck in anus

I was prescribed with Azithromycin (Azithral-500) 0-1-0 x 3 days along with Vizylac for strep throat but after the first dosage itself I was having loose stools and flatulence. I did not stop the medication and completed my course, however my loose stools are still persisting, is this happening because of the antibiotics ? If yes what should I do

Last month I have done ultrasound on 7 June and fatty liver grade 1 with hepatomegaly has been detected and other organs appeared normal. Can my ultrasound scan  result change in one and half month in fatty liver and any disease may occur in one and half month or it will remain same only.

Yesterday afternoon my stomach pain a lot , so I didnt have any lunch. I dont have any food since breakfast, so I decided to eat dinner. sometime after pain is gone, as if is never there in a first place. Next day after wake in the morning,pain starts again. Do I need to consult?
