What to eat if stomach is not digesting food properly ,i sometime feel pain and sometime i feel a excess urge to drink water , how to maintain stomach issues in this weather.

Have dignosis with antral gastritis.Rut positive and my doctor advised me to take pantocid HP KIT for 14 days and after taking 2 dose i felt like i have eaten so much my stomach is full and loss of appetite Plz advice what to do bcoz i am really frustrated with problem. please advice what to do now.

I joined one coaching institute for studies where I can't get time to eat food after morning till 3pm in afternoon. So this will result formation of gas in my stomach which i can hear and its moving inside stomach. So please suggest me food that i can have in morning which can make my stomach full till 3pm so that the gas was not produced

Under medication right now. Pylokit, Pantoacid-40 and digestive enzymes since last 3 days etc by Dr. VK Mishra, Gastro Liver Hospital, Swaroop Nagar Kanpur. Following strict diet. Walking, sleeping 1.5-2hr after eating, no citrus food, caffeine and no. Spicy food etc. But i still feel the pain a lot. Specially in my throat and my mouth burns all the time, difficulty swallowing water as well. Excessive saliva production. Any suggestions would be appreciated. What else can I do to help the symptoms? Very painful.

Having severe gas problems from 3years.taking lots of gas medicine.done endoscopy reports are normal, ultrasound tests are normal. Done manemotrey where acid is found bit high.surviving with single kidney since 12years.no history of sugar BP thyroid. Hemoglobin is 8.4.taking razo dsr once empty stomach kindpride 1mg before food twice a day.feeling better still sometimes if I skip my meal I feel chest pain relief by burping. Sometimes has to take pan40 iv to get relief. Pls prescribe medicine which should not affect my health

My poop doesn't flush in one go,some of it keeps floating in the commode and I have to flush 2-3 times.
