Severe bloating and constipation
I have severe bloating and constipation from the last 3 days. My doctor prescribed me cintapro before food, 3 times a day for 2 weeks and lactifiber powder at night but the lactifiber is causing more bloating than before and I'm not able to drink it. Can I try duphalac for constipation? Please advice.

Yes you can go for duphalac but it changes with signs and symptoms. I'm not sure how you classify severe constipation but i wanna know when was the last time you... You know pooped? Do you've hard stool problems? Any other issues like haemmorrhoids?
