Stomach discomfort,multiple to times going to bathroom,blood in stool,stress,unable to  digest food properly

I had a stomach infection last month June 1. Since then I've been having constant stomach cramps stomach pai loose stools. Did a stool test that found no blood no mucus in stool but the calprotectin level was elevated to 178 ug/g thus the gastroenterologist wanted to do a colonoscopy to be on the safer side. Colonoscopy they found everything normal except mild distal ileitis, doctor diagnosed it as post infectious IBS and non specific ileitis and has told me not to worry and it will self resolve. Biopsy was also taken and the report came yesterday saying lamina propria shows mild chronic lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate no atypia no dysplasia no malignancy found. My gastro doctor is out of town but assured me through WhatsApp messages that nothing is wrong and not to worry again. But I need a second opinion since Internet searches have made me paranoid. Is this IBD or something more severe like cancer or pre cancerous or self resolving, kindly advise.

Hi, I have heaviness and pain in both side of lower chest. I got xray and 2d echo and ecg done. Everything was normal. Is it because of gas? Thanks

I always feels like my stomach is full and if i will eat something i will feel nausea... If i drink water then i feel like it's full of water and even some pain... What's this???

Two years ago i was diagnosed with erosive antral gastritis with H pylori positive. Took Sompraz HP kit for 14 days and then Nexpro IT(bid) for 2 months. Still problem persisted so i changed my gastroenterologist who prescribed pan 40(before breakfast), acogut(tid) and Nexito 5(bedtime) for two months along with lifestyle changes. I did everything but as told but the problem still persists. If i ever eat something spicy , or have milk stomach start feeling very heavy. I am totally unable to take any Nsaids for any pain (like headache or toothache) because a single dose triggers pain, heaviness and burning in stomach. Right now i take panD on sos basis and taking homeopathic treatment for it. Can i ever live a normal life ?

I m 28yrs male feeling chest tightness from 4yrs although my stomach area is smooth but my chest is full of gases.. burping all the day ct abdomen ct chest and andoscopy shows that accumulation of gas in stomach.. what could it be i m so worried

I have constipation problem, I feel nausea and tightness in the throat and chest, digestion is not good and motions are not normal, i also feel severe bodypains in the neck, lower back and knee to toe, my stomach is heavy after eating, the pains are severe in the morning and gradually decrease with the time, i also have thyroid problem which is above normal range, I want to know the treatment for my condition and also whether digestive problems are the cause of bodypains, please guide me in this regard, thank you

Whever I take pan 40, I get allergic reactions. But I have poor gut health and taking dolo 650 for fever alongwith montek lc. Any other alternative. Please help me out.

My nephew who is 5 years old is suffering for pain in navel area. There is no swelling appears to be on outside. Pain started 3 months back and it subsides with painkiller. In 3 months he has two episode of pain. Pain is sharp. Apart from pain, fever , vomiting etc are not associated. Attached are ultrasound scan report, blood and stool work report for reference Requesting for possible disease diagnosis and further test if required to be done. Please help
