Foods during gastritis and load bloating
I have loud bloating dakkar and always heaviness in chest i am taking home pathic medicines but after taking some food my issue raises i have final exams so need to concentrate on studies but want help on what i eat so that gas not occur and what i should avoid can i take haldiram moong daal or almonds or what snacks i take in between meal and should i avoid urad daal or anything please prescrie as i have exams i can't focus on it
