Too much bloating
I have suffered from H Pylori infection last year around September. I have been treated with 2 sets of antibiotics. After the treatment I still have episodes of high acidity and I have been managing it since with regular exercise. The symptoms of acidity still persists and some days they are too much to handle. I try taking pudin hara but that does not help. Recently I have been feeling same symptom. early morning acidity which stops as soon as I eat something but after half an hour to an hour of eating I start feeling gaseous and this happens after every meal, specially at night. Sometimes I am bloated so much that I have abdominal pain and too burps and farts are constant even a little difficulty breathing. If I take a ppi early in the morning it helps but as soon as I stop within two days it gets worse. Right now I am taking Himalayas gassex after breakfast and dinner one tablet and it helps with bloating, but is there any permanent solution to this.
