Urdohep 300 can reduce sgpt and sgot. i took urdohep300 my sgpt and sgot remain same..please help me.

My doctor has prescribed me 3 tablets but only for one day because I'm constipated since four days now. Is this an overdose of laxative?

I have done my liver tests 2 times with a 4 days difference I got these medical reports please help and suggest treatment plan.thank you

Sir/ma'am I noticed that today in my stool some black patch was there , 99% stool was regular shaped brownish . This blackish speck occuring in stool happens once or twice in a month and rest other time it's brownish only.I have no symptom in whole body. I have tried to explain in sketch attached. Kindly guide what this could be and should I be worried?

My spouse is facing constipation problem. With dulcoflex it clears out but without the medication it take 2-3 days. Also tried softovac for couple of days but the results are not satisfactory. I believe the acnes are also coming on the face due to constipation problem. Can anyone please suggest any remedy or solution to it?

Stomach gets bloated/enlarged everyday after breakfast. No pain or gas. No other discomfort. Enlargement from below ribs till waist below.
