About fissure
After taking medicine for fissure it cure for 2 to 3 weeks then again get cut after hard stool because of 1 little spicy meals also. Try to take All precautions but hard stool happen often time... constipation happening from 4 years ago have to go for toilet 2-3 times in one day.

Hi, i am facing this issue from last 1 week. Every night i get pain little above my stomach just near the chest.
