Hi Kindly check report and suggest what steps should I take in kidney cyst found in my right kidney

There has been tightness between my breast now and then, and too much gas in my stomach after i eat, thought it was heart at first but went to the doctor and get ecg and it was normal and ruled out cardiac issues, I had taken Pantoprazole 40 mg from today. Is it okay? Do i need to follow up with other things? I cannot be hungry for long, or i usually end up with upset stomach.

It was in small intestine...The USG report shows - Intussusception in right paraumbilical region leading to sub-acute small Intestinal obstruction... Please tell me whether it is lipoma or malignant tumor.. This photo was taken after the surgery...

I get dehydrated really fast and whenever i am dehydrated or my stomach isn't that well because of what i eat,my body temperature would go up, i would get dizzy and my eyesight became fuzzy, and get sweaty and faint for a while, but when i drink ORS immediately, i am okay as if nothing happened for the rest of the day, this happened to me for like 4 to 5 times already. How can i get better?
