She is having multiple issues with migraine , spondylitis and gastritis.medicines prescribed for migraine and spondylitis may adversely affect her GI system.Consult with a doctor in your area to consider all issues, before treating her.

I don't know who diagnosed her migraine and how long she has been suffering from this problem. I hope it is not a self diagnosis. If she has migraine, how often does she get the attack and how long does it last? She should be in a quiet room with minimal light and disturbance. She should take coffee in small sips.  She can take some painkillers like Paracetamol, Disprin or Brufen. In addition she has to have some lifestyle modifications so that the frequency of attacks is reduced. If the attacks are too frequent then she should take treatment from a Neurophysician.
