I am visited to Germany for official purpose..i don't know from last two days i am getting middle back pain on back. Can't go for stool also.. tried for streching and exercise but that pain didn't go at all...it's horrible and couldn't able to sleep also. Kindly suggest whether it's just due to weather change n food change or its related to some other issues

For the final diagnosis you will need an MRI.  For temporary relief you should use some pain relieving gel like Moov or Omnigel. You should do some stretching exercises by lying on a hard surface and stretching. If you don't get relief then you should consult an Orthopedic surgeon. Painkillers have a limited role as they are associated with severe side effects.
