Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi Doctors, From sometime, I am having light to mild pain on both sides of my stomach. Also sometimes pain is around the navel area. Apart from this from few days, I had constipation and gas related issues as well. Initially like 2 3 months back I had pain on right side only , I went for ultrasound and kidneys report came normal but there was  mild fatty liver. On reading internet it shows various causes ranging from simple gas to kidney infection,UTI etc. Can you please guide me

Hi Doctor, I am Hrushikesh and I'm 22. I've been experiencing very bad pain in my left lower abdomen. I'm wondering if it's gas. I do have constipation issues if my schedule is disturbed due to any reason. I've been out for a vacation, and I did pass some stool in the morning but I'm still having these pains and it's getting unbearable. Could you please prescribe me something to ease my situation. I was diagnosed with a liver infection on the 25th of July. My LFT test was not much better when done last week. What diet should I follow is all I'm worried about all the time and will drinking coffee impact negatively on my liver?
