In June 7th I have done ultrasound and liver is enlarged in size with hyperchoic parenchyma and other organs appeared normal. IMPRESSION fatty liver type 1 with hepatomegaly But I have pain in upper left. What does it signify

Last month I have done ultrasound on 7 June and fatty liver grade 1 with hepatomegaly has been detected and other organs appeared normal. Can my ultrasound scan  result change in one and half month in fatty liver and any disease may occur in one and half month or it will remain same only.
