Whenever I eat something i either vomit or have a loose motions there is burning sensation in my stomach.. my mouth has a bitterness taste ... slight pain in my stomach b..

I have tightness in abdomen from past 24 hours and it irritating me a lot. Motion is normal and there is no signs of indigestion also, but the tightness in the abdomen is not going. Please suggest medication. Thank You

I had recently gone to a vacation and on the last day of vacation I had pain in my stomach the entire day. I had sea food on the vacation which I'm not regularly used to. It's been 3 days now and whenever I eat something I have severe stomach ache for 2-3 hours after which it feels normal. Then again after eating something the pain starts. I've been eating light, non-spicy food and still the pain keeps on reoccurring. In past, apart from some normal gas issues which did not cause this much pain, I donot have any previous medical history related to this.

Can Zandu Pancharista Digestive Tonic disturb the acts of Homeopathy Medicine? Or can one take Zandu Pancharista Digestive Tonic at a same time while going through Homeopathy treatment?

Been having this issue since the last 6 months I got covid back in February,it affected my stomach first (diarrhea like 11 times a day).I did get a covid negative after one week but I've been having digestion issues ever since. Sometimes,i just don't pass stool properly in the morning,i mean i do pass stool but just one hour later i find myself having the urge to do it again.In the evenings, i get this sudden sharp stomach pain,and severe urge to pass stool. The material that comes out is very soft and loose though not watery, and it smells strong and pungent, like very pungent. I've been having this issue 4-5 times a week.I get huge relief after passing it but it is annoying as i have to use the office toilet. Also these days sometimes i don't feel hungry at all in the morning. But after passing this strong stool i feel extremely hungry. Till age of 18 i never had issues with digestion. My SGOT shows 85 u/l.from Dec 2021 test it was 34.now it suddenly went high.i am worried.last one month I started taking herbal Shakes for diet control.can this be cause of increase?

From past 2-3 days I am having so much of gas in my stmoch that while passing stool only gas is cmng out stool is very less and my stmoch not clear.whole day I feel like stomach fullness issue. No other symptoms please what should I do any medication for gas

Px esomeprazole magnesium and domperidone sustained release capsules ##Side effects if this medication were stomach pain, diarrhoea Kindly suggest is it safe to take this medicine when i am already experiencing stomach pain.
