I have been suffering from a stomach digestion problem for 10 years. I get diarrhea after eating spicy foods.

Increased acid reflux where the food regurgitates into mouth. Acid reflux was there in mild to moderate forms since two years ( not in a continuous fashion) but considerably increased this year especially after antibiotic course that I took five months back for a mild typhoid. During the antibiotic course I was regularly taking antacids as well. After I got well, I stopped all medications. Two to three days later I got an excessive reflux with retrosternal burning for the first time. I immediately took pantosec and ulgel and got a relief. I took these medications for a week again. Since then the reflux is not going away and comes back every two to three days so I have to take the medicine. I want to get rid of this problem once and for all without taking medicines every two to three days

I have a mild stomach ache in my upper abdomen and it usually occurs at night. I feel mild pain that changes with temperature sometimes caused by feeling cold and sometimes due to heat. I do have some bloating.

Respected doctors at what age colonscopy screeing can be done as i read that after 45 is that true or there is nothing like that
