Stomach Problems & Remedies

Suffered gastritis for 4 months. Took esofag tablet for 8 weeks. Now no symptoms. Stopped tablets. Now Can I take a to z multivitamin  & shelcal 500 mg tablets? Currently iam not taking any tablet like pan & ppi ' s.. is it safe to Take a to z & shelcal 500 mg tablets without pan tablet ? It will not cause acidity? Please answer. Iam taking gluconorm g 1 Aten 50 tablet s.

I am facing stomach gurgling sound during my class in classroom from past 2 months and i feel very embracing and unable to concentrate on my studies i take light and healthy food in morning like poha , kichdi and sometimes fruits . After fed up from this i started taking normaxin and rifagut 550 mg does they treat my problem. And also face gas comeing out from mouth after wake up and many times in between day basically burping

I was taking minoz OD tablet from long time for 15 days once Ance develops for Acne treatment, later after few years I developed gastritis I was not sure it was due to this medicine, I took treatment for gastritis, later once I started back my Minoz OD tablet I feel gastritis stomach pain, I feel this is due to this medicine. Can this be the side-effects of minoz OD?

I start having headache one side of head which will get more severe whenever I am sitting squat or any such position where it puts pressure on stomach. Sometimes I have vomiting and it gets relieved. One general physician advised it could be migraine, however it was significantly reduced since lockdown was open and I started to have walk. So my intuition indicate this is a stomach related problem. Which specialist I should consult exactly?
