Hello So earlier i was having gastric issue and my stool was soft and yellow in color but after i taken medication for 1 week my gas is okay but now i am having tight stool which is also so dark in color. Why is it so? And now what to do

B    3 columns of prominent Esophageal veins without rcs and srh noted. It it curable and any issues please suggest what to do.
