Pain in the under right rib area after taking the food. Diagnosed as non calculos cholecystitis ultrosound report is attached. Kindly clarify the severeness of this diease and advise is it curable by medication without surgery If any further test to be done?

You can do CT scan abdomen to reconfirm.Medicines have lesser role in the treatment of acalcular cholecystitis expect for the antibiotics.the definitive treatment of acalculous cholecystitis is cholecystectomy ie surgery

If pain is persisting u need to contemplate surgery B4 dat do a CT scan whole abdomen

There are no stones but thete is (inflammation of gall bladder)swelling , redness and decreased function.. Please consult a general surgeon /gastroenterologist for further management. Detailed evaluation is requiredregarding the history and any other medical illnesses if  you are suffering from.
