I suffer from ibs diarrhea from many years and every time I have to go to washroom and uncomplete bowel moments all the time and I take some ayurvedic medicine as kutajghan vati for this issue but from past 2 days I am drinking yakult and suddenly it has started to bloat chest tightness and difficult to swallow is this yakult causing this issue or how.. What should be done next.

Worms persisting near anus since a year. I used albendazole. It gives some relief and again started after few months. I noticed these worms when i eat spicy food and non veg. I have constipation. Pls give suggestion directly
